Unfortunately, the bathroom in both rooms had considerable hair and dirt on the floor. Poor sound insulation made it easy to hear loud TV noises from neighbors, disrupting sleep. There were also issues with housekeeping, as requests for clean towels and trash disposal went unaddressed. The condition of the television in the room was poor, with many channels not working properly, cranking up frustration after a long day.

We had a memorable stay for a quick visit.

The breakfast was fairly priced with many options, truly enjoyed it. The location was central, just off shops such as Walmart, KOhls, Tjmazz, Target, the business center, and Major Roadways.

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My previous trip to the city was good, but this time felt even better!

Breakfast was very limited, couple of the staff did not have very good customer service skills, room looked different than in the picture, no kettle in room, should of had facilities to have drinks and dinner. Considering the price, I was extremely disappointed. Wasn't a great vibe at all.

Everyone was wonderfully accommodating and the facility was immaculate I would stay there again anytime.

Clean and comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was nice and cozy.

Location was great, woman at front desk wasn't supposed to be working that day and she still was extremely friendly and helpful, the bathroom was spacious and nice

Room had an Oder to it like mildew , asked for extra coffee and sugar didn't get it and the room was extremely dark with all the lights on. The tv was horrid didn't even have a guide to tell you what was on and what Chanel , had to wait several seconds before you could even click the station before a picture came up, no HBO , showtime no nothing and for 139$ was a rip off

loved the location, the room was very clean, comfortable, would like to stay there again.

Take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service to visit local attractions. It saves both time and money!

The venue was set in the central position really close to the business center, and restaurants and south shore beaches. Furthermore, to the construction area.

Spending a night here was quite an adventure. I arrived to find there was a power outage, so I couldn't get ready properly for the concert I was attending. It was a bit of a hassle dealing with the generator and lack of electricity for lights and television, but the staff remained apologetic throughout the situation. Breakfast was limited, but I appreciated that they did their best to provide something despite the issues. I did enjoy the nice and comfortable King Room I was in, but I believe a few updates are due to make the experience even better.

We loved the cleanliness and the decor, great accommodations with very friendly service, the gentlemen at the front desk with the southern accent made you feel welcomed immediately.

Nothing really, couldn't figure how to hook up the ps4 to the Internet, the free breakfast could be better, but hey it's free ! Over all loved everything !
